Where are you located?
We are located 30 minutes South of Downtown Nashville, in Spring Hill, Tennessee, but we produce songwriter demos for clients all over the country and the world.
Who have we worked with? Credits?
Our suggestion to you is NEVER choose a songwriter demo company based on who they have worked with. Anyone can name-drop, but big names don't help the sound of your demo one bit. Uncle Joe's Music may have worked on Shania Twain's album, but in what aspect? Was Uncle Joe the guy who brought bottled water to Shania, or was he the guy who played rhythm guitar on the album, or was he the engineer, or was he the guy who mastered it? See where I'm going? Judge based on what you hear. Whether you go with MakeMeAsong.com or not, your ears should be all you need to trust when choosing a songwriter demo company. Listen to samples and compare. Is the sound fresh and unique? Is the production clear and full? Does it make you groove? If your ears are happy with what you hear on other clients' songwriter demo projects, chances are you'll be happy with your songwriter demo project as well. HOW DO I ORDER?
Simply send us one or more of the following items:
- The song lyrics: Required
Include two printed copies (or one email) of your lyrics. Remember to put your name and contact information on any and all material mailed.
- A recording of the vocal melody: Required
Please include a recording (CD, cassette, or mp3 via email) of the melody – sung or played on an instrument.
- A recorded instrumental track: Optional
If you play an instrument and you plan to play along with your arrangement, please include a recording of the instrumental (guitar, piano, etc) so that we can assure the arrangement will not conflict with what you intend to play.
